You submit a partner application through our website. Our team reviews all applications within 24 hours. Once approved, you get immediate access to your partner dashboard, custom referral links, banners, and analytics.

No, a paid subscription is not required to join the partner program. You can create a free account to apply and access your referral tools. However, being familiar with our tools makes it much easier to recommend them to others.

The Affiliate Agreement is a legal contract that defines the rules, terms, and conditions of our partnership. It covers compliance, payout policies, trademark guidelines, and cookie attribution. You must agree to these terms when applying.

You are not permitted to bid on PesaBill brand keywords, trademarks, or close variations (e.g., 'PesaBill promo', 'PesaBill discount') on search engines like Google, Bing, or Yahoo. Doing so will result in immediate suspension and loss of commissions.

Yes, referring your own clients is permitted and encouraged! However, self-referrals (buying plans for your own account through your referral link) are strictly prohibited and flagged by our automated fraud detection system.

Spamming forums, social media comments, or sending unsolicited emails is strictly prohibited. You must promote PesaBill organically and disclose your affiliate relationship where legally required by compliance authorities.

When someone clicks your link, a secure cookie is set on their browser. If they sign up and subscribe to any paid plan within the cookie window, our system automatically links that workspace to your affiliate account.

Our tracking cookies last for 90 days. This means that as long as the user registers within 90 days of clicking your link, you will be credited with their subscription referrals.

PesaBill uses the last-click attribution model. If a user clicks multiple partner links, the partner link clicked last before registration will receive credit for the conversion.

Yes. From your partner dashboard, you can append custom tracking parameters (campaign IDs) to your referral links, allowing you to trace which specific channels or posts are converting.

Go to our Partner Sign Up page and complete the simple registration form. If you already have a customer account, you can apply using the same email address.

Applications are typically rejected if the website or social channel provided is incomplete, lacks relevant business content, or is not aligned with our target audience. You can contact support to request a re-review.

Yes! PesaBill supports a hybrid account mode. Approved partners who also use PesaBill for invoicing can access both their workspace and their partner dashboard from the same login.

Yes. The partner dashboard includes a resource section with official brand logos, banner ads in various sizes, product screenshots, and email copy templates that you can download and use.

Yes, it is legally required in many regions (e.g., FTC guidelines in the United States) to clearly disclose to your audience that you receive a commission if they purchase through your link.

Approved partners earn 20% on all Pro and Business plan subscriptions. For example, referring a customer to a Business plan at $19/mo or $190/yr will earn you 20% of that value.

Commissions are recurring monthly or annually depending on the customer's subscription billing cycle, up to a maximum of 12 months from the customer's initial signup date.

The minimum payout request is $50. You can request payouts via bank transfer, PayPal, Paystack, or Flutterwave depending on your configured payment method in Settings.

We support PayPal, direct bank transfer (ACH/SEPA/Wire), Paystack, and Flutterwave to make it easy for partners in Africa and worldwide to receive payouts.

Payout requests are processed twice a month. Once approved, the funds will typically arrive in your account within 5 to 10 business days depending on the selected payout method.

Affiliates refer customers using a tracking link and earn a commission. Resellers buy PesaBill accounts at wholesale volume pricing, bundle them for clients, and can white-label or bill clients directly.

Yes! PesaBill supports global invoicing, multi-currency templates, and regional payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave), allowing you to refer clients worldwide.
